Congratulations Sabi and Arthy! Its a great effort from your part to create a blog for the great Mcc class of 89.It really gives a nostalgic feeling to see all these pics here and also motivates me to search for my school photos as soon as I reach home for thisholidays. Do you guys remember the last class of Miss Delphin when she complimented us saying that we were her favourite students that she ever had in Mcc.We were so proud and excited to hear it from a teacher that we really adored.Hey friends out there this is also an opportunity for us to show our gratitude for the great teachers of MCC who paved our way to success.The great values and morals which our teachers conferred on us had helped us to achieve success in all walks of our life.Ms Cabbot, Ms Babu , Ms Prestina Ms Delphin,Ms Rita...........teachers who we cannot forget in our life. Hope this blog leads to a reunion with our great teachers.

I believe that our most cherished friendships were at school. Nothing after that has ever compared. Arthy, Sabi thank you for putting up all our memories.
We were also really lucky to have had such amazing teachers. I went back to Tangy last December and got to meet Ms.Delphine. She actually remembered.Introduced my daughter to her. Got Ms.Babu's phone number from Ms.Delphine but have not been able to reach her on that - will keep trying. Ms.Eula was away. Ms.Prestina has apparently moved to Trichur. Couldn't track down Ms.Cabbot but I think she's still in Kollam
I would like to mention a word of thanks to the class of '82 blog (www.carmelites82.blogspot.com)from where I "stole" these fotos of our dear teachers but after a thorough editing. Have mailed Claire Bernadette and Shobha Alexander from the class of 82 and am yet to get a reply.
Meanwhile a word to my friends from the class of 89...please try to get some pics of our teachers and also their contact numbers and update if you visit them.Thanks!

These pics bring back some sweet memories. I am sure you all recall Ms Babu and her famous 1Ps,and also dear Ms:Rita who had a shy smile at the corner of her mouth when she read aloud to the class, the "chaste romantic scences "between Lady Margaret and the Scarlett Pimpernel!Remember the famous words- They seek him here, They seek him there..., and Ms: Eula as she brought forth into the classroom before our very eyes the "Highyway Man", as he came riding riding....to the old inn door!!
